ARC Discovery:  APD information sessions – 2010 grant round


Emeritus Prof.  Alan Johnson will present a 1 ½ hour information session on the ARC’s Discovery APD application requirements.

 This session will provide time for questions from the audience as well as information about UNSW support and assistance available.

The session will provide time for questions from the audience as well as information about UNSW support and assistance available.

This 2 hour workshop will include:

  • Discipline focus
  • College of Experts and assessment processes
  • Selection criteria
  • Application content – do’s and don’t’s
  • Rejoinders
  • The selection and ranking processes, including the “Canberra Lockdown”
  • Practical aspects including compliance, appearance – formatting, CV’s, publications, track record.
