ARC Discovery:  Future Fellows Invitation Session,  Wednesday  11 November  2009

Emeritus Prof.  Alan Johnson will present a 1 ½ hour information session on the ARC’s Future Fellowships for potential applicants who have submitted an EOI with their ADR.

 This session will provide time for questions from the audience as well as information about UNSW support and assistance available.

Who should attend:

Researchers who have submitted an EOI with their Faculty ADR  and are planning to submit an application in the 2010 grant round.
The session will provide time for questions from the audience as well as information about UNSW support and assistance available.
The 1 ½ one hour workshop will include:

• Debrief on the first round (FT09)
• Selection criteria
• Collaboration – past, present and future
• Project quality
• Application content – do’s and don’t’s
• Practical aspects including compliance, appearance – formatting, CV’s, publications, track record.
• Overview of the strategic alignment statements
